Error 525/3050

Error 525/3050

Keep getting error message 525/3050.  I notice this has been happening since the beginning of the year to other Comcast subscribers.  Are you intending to fix this?

Please send the URLs of the videos that you are trying to watch.

 

Also, when is it occurring? Before the video starts or at a certain point into the video?

Im having the same problem with this movie.

And its shows up in the middle of me watching it.

Can you be more specific about where this issue is occurring? Can you give the hour:minute:second?

Comcastjoe, I am a little confused as to why you need this when its showing up all over the place.. Shows up in duck dynasty most movies I have tried to watch.  Gets old trying to write down all the issues every where.  I have never seen so many errors with a paid service before.  You guys are well aware of the issues in your encoding process.  Its just too late to change to a proven platform to deliver video.  Maybe you guys should look into the other video services online and see how they do it.  I spend a lot of money for your package and this is just way to flakey of a service you offer.
