Error 525|3050 on Dexter: "Buck the System."

Received this message halfway through the episode last week.  Waited a few days and I am still having the issue.

Anything I can do?

At what exact point is this occurring? I would like to further investigate this.

Dexter S7E3 locks up

Dexter season 7 episode 3 won't play all the way thru.It gets to about 30 minutes and locks up with : Sorry, this video is currently unavailable. (Error 525|3050)

Try starting the video again and then jump to around the 30 minute mark and see if you are getting the same error.

Dexter S7 Ep3 Error 525|3050

The episode will play fine for 14:55 and then cut out to the error message.

 

I have cleared my cache and cookies, have reinstalled silverlight and flash player (Mac User) and the same error is occurring.

 

And I have seen this problem reported several different times in the past week and there has been no true resolution. We are all paying customers and subscribe to both Xfinity and Shotime to receive this service. I am sure I can speak for most people who are having this same playback issue whether it be with this episode or another series, this should have been fixed on your end. If posting in this form is not pulling any results, everyone should contact comcast by phone to see that this gets fixed.

Same thing happening to me around the 12 minute mark and throughout the later parts of the episode as I try to "skip" around the issue.

Hi all,

 

Our team is further looking into his issue and I will update you when I know more.

 

In the meantime, try manually jumping past the part where the video stops and see if the rest of the video plays.

Skipping past the error does not work. I saw the website went down for upgrades for maybe 10 minutes and went back in to try watching the episode and its still not working. I hope the upgrades are still ongoing.

I am having this problem.  The error message isn't coming up but it wont go past 4:19, it pauses there every single time I play it.

I am having the same problem when trying to stream CNN.  It goes fine for awhile and then I get the error message.  I close out of xfinity, sign back in, go back to CNN, and then it streams fine for a while (30-60 minutes) again.  I have also had the same problem watching a "The Good Wife" episode.  I called the Comcast service number this morning and talked to five people (the original person at 877-683-7590 and four transfers).. The fifth person said he would have to transfer me again and then disconnected me.  None of the people I talked to seem to understand the problem. (The last guy told me that I could get xfinity only when connected to the internet through a Comcast cable!)   HELP!
