Error 400

Error 400

Dear comcast people,
I am getting very frustrated because of your online video paper. I cannot watch any videos and I am flustered. "Error 400" keeps popping up and saying "the video is currently unavailable, please check back soon. I have followed all the steps to fix it and I am doing all the troubleshooting methods. I even downloading 2 programs because it said I needed them to run it and it is still not letting me watch videos. I am angry and would like to be able to watch movies online.

Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.

 

Also, please send the URLs of the videos that you are trying to watch.
