Error 400

Error 400

This is the error message I am receiving with all premium channel shows. I have access to them and do not understand why I can't play them on my computer. The URL this shows up as is at

This video cannot be played.

Sorry, this video is currently unavailable. (Error 400)

Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.

 

Also, have you tried watching any other videos? If so, do they work?

I can watch any other videos besides ones from premium channels like HBO and Showtime.

Since Chrome 15 is still in a beta state, we are not fully compatibile with it yet.

 

Please use Google Chrome 14 or another supported web browser.

 

If you are still having problems with a different browser, let me know.
