Error 400 on I pad using xfinity mobile

Error 400 on I pad using xfinity mobile

I use Comcast in zip code 21093. I have an I pad 2 using wifii when I the xfinity mobile app trying to watch the "wire". And I get the error 400. However. When I watch the "wire" using the HBO app I do not get the error

So I guess the dumb question is why don't you use the hbogo app to watch it if the other one is giving you an issue?

 

Try clearing your cache and your cookies.  Sign out of the app then back in.  If neither work delete the app, restart the pad.  If none of that works then it might be an issue on comcasts end that will just work itself out.

I prefer to watch movies and other series that are not available on HBO. yes, I have deleted the app and turned off the I pad and it did not help. But of course , I will try it again

Deleted the xfinity tv app and re booted my I pad. Still receive the error 400

you go to settings and then safari and you will see the option there. 

 

Once you do that try logging out of the app and then try logging back in see if that does anything.
