Try completely uninstalling Silverlight and then try downloading it again. Please go here for step-by-step instructions:

Let me know the results.

Re: Error 3050

I reinstalled silverlight as suggested and it seemed to work.  Now I'm getting an error message 3001.  Oddly it is the second episode of a show where it came up not the first so it has nothing to do with the content.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

TIA

What specific HBO show and episode are you referring too?
