We have detected a problem with your Microsoft Silverlight installation  (Error 2105). To fix this problem please uninstall and reinstall Microsoft Silverlight

 

I have did this a few times now

Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.

 

Also, please send the URLs of the videos that you are trying to watch.

Try completely uninstalling Silverlight then try installing it again. Go here for step-by-step instructions:

I uninstalled and reinstalled and am still getting the same error message.

Try using a different web browser and let me know if it works. This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.
