Error 11700

Hoping ComcastZach reads this. After several hours on the phone and a promised call back that I did not get I still cannot use XFinity stream on my computer because of the dreaded "device limit"; error 11700. I have only on device using the stream. I need the account

deprovisioned.. Help

Hi wejer46, I can help look into this error code. What type of device are you using?  

 

Please send me a private message verifying the first and last name of the account holder, and the street address associated with your services.
