Error 11700

Error 11700

I need help and cannot remove the excess of devices that have been added to my account. I try and do the manage devices under my account settings, but it doesn't list anything there, I've done this before but when I tried to fix it again this time it isn't working and I keep getting the same error message of 11700. I'm using the website currently to watch some of my favorite shows and cannot seem to watch anything. If you could help me with this I'd be greatly appreciative.  Thank you.

Multiple posts having been written about this error. You cannot fix this yourself, but rather is must be fixed by Comcast personnel.  See this post about who to contact, or you can try Chat or phone support, but they can sometimes be clueless when it comes to Cloud TV issues.
