Hello,

Try deleting your cookies and cache and then try again.

It would do that to me too, clearing cache and cookies didn't work either. I had to switch from firefox to chrome, so maybe try a different browser. But I agree, it is ridiculous!

Try uninstalling Microsoft Silverlight then re-install it. Go here for step-by-step instructions.

If that does not work, try using a different web browser and let me know if it works. This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.
