ERROR 564! Help!

ERROR 564! Help!

When trying to watch shows from my laptop I am receiving Error 564.  However, only shows from NBC, ABC, etc.  I am still able to watch shows from HBO or Showtime ...  I have restarted, deleted cookies, signed in and out, deleted and re-uploaded flash and even tried a few tricks with the silverlight.  Nothing works!

Do you have any network monitoring software or firewall block lists installed on your computer?

 

If you do not have the above iinstalled, are you trying to access these videos from somewhere other than your personal internet connection? (work, hotel, cafe, etc.)

There is network monitoring software installed.  The connection varies, either personal or work.
