I had to download the latest version of silverlight. I was also accesing the website by going to xfinitytv.comcast.net and they told me to access it by going to xfinitytv.com and that worked. im back up and running.
It was sporadic yesterday afternoon, now again this morning.
I do not want to call the tech support, since they always make me reset my router, and it's NEVER on my end.
Come on Comcast.. at least tell us YOU are having technical issues!
Just got off the phone with customer service (overseas--wonderful) and they said there is an upgrade currently going on and the problem should be resolved in a few min/hours but keep checking back. This was after they had me on hold for 5 minutes because the service tech didn't know what xfinity tv online was. Charming. Yes, I'm dripping in sarcasm and frustration.

The 5067 error may have been 'resolved' but the connection error is not. I've been averaging a restart 6x per hour show on HBO series. Now they won't recognize me at all and I have a subscription. Thanks for the 'fix'.
I need to keep restarting over every few minutes too. Yesterday when I received the error code 5067, I started a chat with a tech. They told me that the problem was that I could not use my subscription over a non-comcast internet connection- so much for anytime, anywhere I guess.

Also, you should be able to use your subscription over any internet connection.
