Dvr not showing on tv app

Dvr not showing on tv app

I am an x1 costumer but I don't know if Im in the cloud, the app won't let me record any shows or manage recordings , there is no tab for me to watch my recordings , how do I found out if Im in the cloud or how to a add the service ?

Call into Comcast @ 1-800-266-2278 and speak with a CSR on Cloud Availability for your location.....if it is available, ask that the Cloud Rate Code be added to your account at that time.
