List my devices, DVR 1 says TV contol not available for this cable box. I had the same exact box before with no problems. They changed it out Friday and it will not work with the remote app
it can take a few days to get it set up. If tomorow it does not work try this. go to your cable box on your tv, go to menu, and to cable box settings, in there look for remote access set up, if you select it and it gives you an option to delete the service do that. if it does not, contact comcast ted here. it might be a comcast issue with putting the new box on your account

I spoke to someone last night. They told me to unplug the box and wait 30secs before reconnecting it, which I did. They told me to wait about 6hrs and I should be able to use DVR manager. I am not. I cannot access it online or thru the phone app. I am just frustrated because it seems like everytime there is an issue and it is resolved it has created another issue. This DVR was replaced on 1/11 that is more than enought time to synch. Please help
I still have not been contacted. I have called 2 times last week just to be told my ticket was sent to another department. That was all I got. I have yet to receive a phone call back. We are going on week # 2. This is absolutelly ridiculous to not be able to use services that I am paying for.
