All  of  a  sudden my xfinety app on  my  cell isn't connecting . I can't set my  dvr to record anymore. Why wont it work? Thanks .

Are you getting an error message when trying to set a recording or is it grayed out?

 

Have you tried logging out and then logging back in?

 

Is your actual DVR functioning properly?
