Downloaded Program Issue

Downloaded Program Issue

Using my iPad and the Xfinity To Go app, I downloaded a TV show from my DVR.  I watched the show, and deleted the program from my iPad.  I went back to my DVR, and tried to watch the program, but it says that it is downloaded to a device and cannot be vieweed on my DVR.  I went back to my iPad, and the app says that I do not have any downloads to view.  

 

I went back to my DVR, and it still says that I have it downloaded on my device.

 

I went back to my iPad and DELETED the app completely from my device.  I then restarted my iPad.  Went back to the DVR and it still says it's downloaded in my iPad.

 

I've since reinstalled the app back to my iPad...checked again, and it says that I do not have any shows downloaded to watch.

 

Any suggestions??
