Doctor Who S5/ep13 not working

Has anyone else had a problem where the "starting playback" piece at the start just never ends? The show keeps loading and loading but it's been going on for at least five minutes now.

 

Is there a way to fix it?

This video is not starting for me either but other episodes are. While we fix the episode titled The Big Bang, are other episodes of Doctor Who working for you?

Hey, I am having the same issue. I know somethings take some time, but it looks like it has been two days since the last update. Any news on this, or when might this be fixed?
