Trying to watch latest Dexter, keeps getting an error saying "we've encountered an issue with your video" on ipad2. Tried other Showtime shows, they work fine, just Dexter (new episode and older ones) won't play
its probably an issue on their end. did you go to the settings on the ipad and to the xfinity app and clear the memory?? If not do that. Also restart the ipad.
Unable to play episodes of Dexter Season 7 via the Xfinity App. Message reads: We've experienced some difficulty playing your video. No issues playing Homeland Season 2 or House of Lies Season 1. Is there a specific malfunction with Dexter? The problem exists on both my iPhone and iPad.
