Devices on in-home network not recognized as such

Devices on in-home network not recognized as such

In the last 12 hours (since I last used the XFINITY TV web portal), subsequent access throws an error on all devices saying that the device is not on the in-home network.

 

All devices show that they are attached to the network correctly. All other web access functions are fine.

 

I have performed all troubleshooting steps (logging out and in of the portal, closing and reopening the browser, rebooting the devices) and still have the error.

 

What is going on? Please advise.

There are several post with the same issue this week.  The Comcast team available to the forum has been notified, expect a response here.

Same issue here.  On my home network and phone and tablet keep saying to wathc shows I have to be on in home network, which I am already.  Tried rebooting modem/cable box, phone, tablet,  clearing cache etc etc.  nothing works to fix this error message.

Same here. Although, I can connect with my phone but not my tablet. Both are Android devices. Phone is running android 5.0, tablet is running android 5.0.2. Weird.

Hi all, the out of home error is a known issue and currently being investigated by the proper departments.
