DVR shows 100% full in xfinity app and comcast website

DVR shows 100% full in xfinity app and comcast website

I recently replaced my old box with a new one. When I try to access the new DVR in the app, it says the DVR is 100% full and shows no recordings. The DVR is only 15% full. The box is communicating because. Can hit test in the app and a popup box displays on the TV with my DVR name. I have unplugged the box multiple times.

Forgot to mention new box is a dcx 3501. Old box was a dcx3400 and it worked fine.

Changing channels with the app works fine. I just can't access DVR functions.
