DVR recordings not showing up on iPad. Xfinity TV APP

Hi

 

I have the X1 service.  cloud is available in my area, my neighbors have same configure and can see DVR recordings on the TV app, I have shows in my DVR.  looks like someone at Comcast has to turn something on for me.

Call into Comcast @ 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489 and ask for Billing....   you ned to have the CLOUD RATE CODE added to your account information....  CLOUD will begin once gthe rate code has been added and you accept the terms & conditions.  You will only see the recordings made AFTER cloud has been enabled.
