DVR recordings not showing on my TV app...

I just had my cloud DVR service activated a few days ago.  My understanding is that you won't have the currently recorded shows available but everything following activation will show up in your TV app and online.  When I look in my app and online my recordings are empty and so is my recording schedule.  I've called Xfinity and support couldn't fix it initially so now I have to wait up to 48 hours for a tech to call me back.  Has anyone run into this problem and found a solution?
