DVR recordings not displayed correctly

DVR recordings not displayed correctly

Recently, the web app started showing the DVR as 100% full and would not display all the shows we have recorded.

 

The cable box (X1) shows all of the programs and the correct percentage, but the web app is not functioning.

 

I deleted my cached cookies and browser history, then re-authenticated with the xfinity app. Now the percentage shows 23% (should be about 45%) full, and a large number of our recorded shows are not displayed or accessible via the web app.

 

Please advise.

I had to delete some very old recordings that had not been deleted from the Cloud.  Those old recordings didn't appear on my DVR.
