DVR recording not showing up on Xfinity TV apps

Hello!

 

None of my X1 DVR recordings are showing up on my TV apps on either the website or the TV app on my phone and tablet. Can someone take a look and let me know if I need to do anything on my side to fix this issue? Thank you for your help.

Has it ever worked for you?  If not, have you ever called about getting the Cloud DVR rate code added to your account?  Recordings do not show up automatically, only after you add the rate code and accept the Terns and Conditions.  After that you will only see the recordings that came after that time, nothing before.
