DVR not syncing

DVR not syncing

I am having the same problem as others where I am able to control my DVR box to change channels but I am not able to record or see my programmed shows.  It was working fine until I had to exchange my DVR box.  I e-mailed for help and didn't get an answer that worked and I called earlier today and they told me to unplug the box and that someone would call me in 6 hours and I never got a call.  They said they put in a ticket and it would be elevated but so far nothing.  On the computer it just keeps saying that it is syncing since last Friday.

Apparently they tried to reset my box as all my settings were gone but I still am not sync'd and nobody ever contacted me as you said.
