DVR not compatible

DVR not compatible

I have tried several times calling tech support to get DVR Manger working. Each tech has a different answer; none have worked. The last tech told me that I did not have the most current Guide Version. She told me to take my box back and get one that was compatible. I have already done this twice. My original box worked just fine with the DVR Mngr online. The last two have not. Any help would be appreciated.

Btw. I have a Motorola dch3416 and my zip is 32073

There may be a conflict with your billing. Please call 1-800-XFINITY to make sure everything is settled.

I spoke to the Billing Dept. last week. They said I had some old account codes. They updated everything. I still cannot access the online DVR Manager.

If comcast has peolple smart enough to make these products they advertise, why dont they have people smart enough to fix them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I have escalated to the Forum moderators again.... they should take another look at this and get some action for you.
