DVR manager problems

I have two DVRs in my house and I did a search for them and it said available in your area(which I double checked with comcast and it is) but the dvr manager said it could not find a compatible dvr in my household. I have two motorola RNG200N which comcast gave me because they are compatible with the dvr manager. I am not sure what to do. Can anyone help?

Re: DVR manager problems

I also have the rng200n dvr set. I have been struggling for an entire month the get my cable, hd, and dvr set up properly. I had to replace the old silver dvr that I was just given last week because it was apparently defective. Now I am finally able to both watch and record to my dvr. When I try to use the dvr manager I am told there are no eligible DVR in my household. Whats the problem? Because of all the trouble I was given three months free of streampix and premium hd service but I cannot stream either of those services using an iPad or an android tablet. Again, no eligible dvr. So I can't manage dvr, and I can't stream premium or streampix unless I am using the TV. Just confused as this was a major selling point in my decision. My zip is 38117 and dvr manager IS available in my area. So was looking for an update on the problem. Apparently everyone has been "made aware" as I was told in multiple emails. No solutions sill?
