DVR manager online

DVR manager online

I setup my account online but I never received the option to select the type of DVR and now my profile shows 100% complete. When I try to manage the DVR online, it says the below.


DVR Manager is available in your area. However, we are
unable to detect a compatible DVR in your household.

I have tried to call and have customer service fix but they have never had this issue before and no idea what to do. Please help

Spoke to an analyst via chat and the problem is that my guide is not updated to S26. He didn't have a date of when the upgrade would happen but that is why I am receiving the above error. Will see if that is true once I receive the upgrade.
