DVR manager and Ipad/iphone App

DVR manager and Ipad/iphone App

Long time ago I was able to manage my  two compatible DVR's a DCH3416 and a DCX3400 from my Ipad/Iphone app (the first version) as soon as they started to update the apps one of my DRV stopped working  from my Ipad/Iphone app (the app can not "see" the DVR). I tried to reset all connections as I was told, and It keeps telling that the service is available in my area but that the DVR is not compatible. I already double checked the web site and this model DCX3400 IS compatible!!!.

 

I've called Comcast twice and both times was met with people who didn't understand my issue.

 

Does anyone have advice for how to get this rectified?
