DVR is syncing with My DVR for more than 24 hours.

Hello,

The website "My DVR" has been syncing with the DVR in my living room for about 10 days.  The message says to call if has been more than 24 hours.  I have called they have sent a new signal and reset the box.  A technician came out checked everything and said it would be fine in 24 hours.  It has been syncing for 2 more days.  I replaced the box 10 days ago with the newest Motorola HD box.  What can be done?

You can give this a try:

DVR Manager

 

I am trying to set-up up DVR Manager and waited over 24 hours but I am stuck at the “syncing in progress” screen

 

Go here and make sure that you are using a compatible DVR.

 

If you are using a compatible box and are still having issues, please send the following information in a private message to ComcastJoe so we can further assist you. We ask you to e-mail us because we don't want you to release your personal information in a public forum

 

Your comcast.net e-mail address or Comcast ID user name:

Account Number:

Zip code:

Makes, Models, and the names of all your set-top boxes:

The name(s) of your set-top box that is giving you issues:

I am having the same problem.  I recently had my DVR replaced (for the 4th time) and this is a new Motorola (the black DVR box).  My DVR has been syncing for more than 24 hours.  I tried to call customer service, but he was not helpful (to say the least).

Hello,

I sent you all my dvr box information in a separate post.  The box titled "new living room" is still syncing.  When can I expect someone to contact me?  I really miss this feature.
