DVR Recordings via Xfinity TV app on iPad are freezing. Can't watch recordings.

The last couple of weeks have been having problem viewing my recordings on my iPad.  I know that recordings on the Mobile device come via the cloud.So I am assuming the problem is in the cloud.

 

My wifi connection is good. Everytime this happens I check download speed and my readings are 100+ mbytes. I have even switched wife connections(have two 5g and on 2.4g wifi connections).

 

Have flushed the cache on my iPad. Have rebooted comcast modem and my netgear R8000 router.

 

Tech support, please get this fixed.
