DVR Manager

New Custoemr since Yesterday.  Have SA8300HD DVR, but when I access DVR MANAGER, it says it cannot see a compatible DVR at my location.  There is NO listing yet in BILLING area...is this why DVR cannot be seen???    It IS available in my zip code...and I did purchase the DVR service....  HELP!!!!
