DVR Manager

Our DVR was set up today. I'm trying to use the DVR manager on my computer and iPhone, but it doesn't work. I went to this link (www.xfinitytv.comcast.net/mytv/dvr) and clicked "Check Availability." I typed in my zip code, selected my service area, and then clicked save. After that, nothing happens. It takes me back to the main page without giving me any other options or error messages. What can I do to use this service? Thanks.
