DVR Manager

hi... soooo, I just transferred services to my new address, but I have the same exact four dvr's from my old address. I used to be able to control all of my dvr's but since I moved to my new address, I have gotten an error message in the dvr manager online. it says that my dvrs are not eligible. help!

 your going to have to call comcast on that one, you probably have a new account number and the boxes are not registered correctly
