DVR Manager won't recognize both DVRs

DVR Manager won't recognize both DVRs

I have 2 DVRs (DCH3416) and 1 non-DVR (DCH3200) in the house and can only get the DVR manager to recognize one DVR. All three boxes are listed in the manager, but it can only communicate with one of the DVRs. One DVR correctly displays all scheduled recordings and when I click the other an error appears. I have power cycled the box that is not communicating with no change. Is this configuration known to work and if so, what can be done to correct the problem?

What does the page show when you go here?

 

Are all boxes showing up and have the TV control turned on?

All 3 boxes are listed on the link you provided (Bedroom, DVR 1 and Family Room). TV Control is "On" for the first 2 boxes which are DVRs and TV Control is not available for the 3 box which in not a DVR. In the "Default DVR" column, Bedroom is selected and a spinning circle is being displayed for DVR 1. "Show name on TV" did display a message on the TV connected to DVR 1. Bedroom displays Show next 5 recordings next to the Show name on TV button but nothing is displayed on the web page next to the show name on tv button for DVR 1 and there are recordings scheduled on that DVR.

If power cycling didn't help, then it boils down to a code issue with your account.

 

Contact Comcast support and they need to review the codes and possibly remove then re-add the box that is not showing up correctly.
