DVR Manager won't load

DVR Manager won't load

My DVR Manager will not load....it says "LOADING" but never gets past that so that I can actually use the manager.

 

This may be related to the above.  My "Profile Setup" indicates that the last step to complete the setup is adding "Favorite Channels" but the popup box for adding the favorites is blank....there are no channels from which to choose my favorites.

 

Please help as this internet management would really be helpful.  Thanks!

Try deleting your cookies and cache and then please try again.

 

If you are still having issues, please try using a different web browser and let me know if it works. This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.
