no, doesn't work on my computer. I have not changed boxes since we got HD cable. I did have service done a couple of weeks ago with a new line put in from the house. Computer does not allow me to activate the DVR either. Here is a picture of what I see.
i see no pictures there. Try this go to your cable box and then press menu go to cable box set up and in there look for remote access set up do you see that? What cable box do you have? This issue is most likely going to be an account issue on comcasts end.
