DVR Manager still showing old devices!

DVR Manager still showing old devices!

10 days after install in my new house (transfer of services), my DVR Manager (linked to my long time Comcast/Xfinity account) is still showing my two old DVR's that I no longer possess or use. There is no ability to add new devices or delete the old ones and this has been the case for awhile now. 

 

Can anyone help? After four plus lengthy phone calls to Comcast/Xfinitiy, no one seems to know how to deal with this issue. What a pain!
