DVR Manager quit working

DVR Manager quit working

When Comcaast recently updated their software and changed websites, the DVR Manager on my computer quit working, so I can no longer see or edit from my computer recordings on my DVR. I can't find any way to get it working. 5 calls to Comcast about this has produced no fix. Any ideas?

Re: DVR Manager quit working

They are telling us to use one of the xfinity smartphone apps to manage our DVR's.

Re: DVR Manager quit working

Thanks, Robert. That's where I'm getting to, also.

Looks like DVR Manager is only available to X1 Cloud DVR subscribers. I have an X1 AnyRoom DVR.

My case was elevated to advanced troubleshooting. Let's see what they have to say.

This is maddening and another example of Comcast's poor communication.

Since you already have an X1 AnyRoom DVR, then call into Comcast and ask them to add the Cloud DVR rate code to your account. Should be no charge. Then you will be able to manage your DVR from the new website: https://tv.xfinity.com/recordings
