DVR Manager online inaccurate

DVR Manager online inaccurate

refurbished Motorola DCX3400 in Northern California.

DVR's list of recorded and scheduled programs doesn't match what shows up in online DVR Manager (or in iOS app, but that's another board). DVR Manager is missing most of the recorded and scheduled programs. Online EVR Manager and iOS app on iPad and iPhone match. This is within the last month or so. Problem first showed up in the app, as I don't usually use the online version.

 

I have reset (disconnected/reconnected power) the DVR. Other ideas?
