DVR Manager is broken

DVR Manager is broken

Hello,

 

The DVR Manager web site has said "Syncing in Process" for the past few months.  I cannot access DVR Manager from the website for this reason and cannot access it via the iOS apps.  

 

On my Motorola STB, I cannot setup DVR Manager (Setup > Remote Access Setup).  If I choose "Begin Setup", I get the error code NO_FLUX.

 

Can you help?

Edit - I am in Jacksonville, Florida and my STB is a DCH3416.  There is no option to cancel setup as the STB thinks DVR Manager is not setup yet.  It was previously setup and working.

have you moved or changed your cable boxes?  you need to call comast and make sure they have the right boxes on your account.  try this.

 

click the tv tab top of this page, on the following page scroll down to the bottom and click the wheel on the bottom right of the page on that next page where it says cable boxes and dvrs what does it say there?
