DVR Manager and digital box not showing up on my online profile

DVR Manager and digital box not showing up on my online profile

I had an HD DVR and a digital box installed this morning. The DVR and the digital box are  not being recgonized by my i phone app or online. I get a message saying "DVR Manager is available in your area. However, we are unable to detect a compatible DVR in your household".  Please help, I have spoken to many different representatives today with no solution yet.
