DVR Manager: We are unable to detect a compatible DVR in your household.

Hey folks, 

 

I upgrade to X1, however, I cannot schedule my new DVR online: http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/mytv/dvr

 

I get the following error:

DVR Manager is available in your area. However, we are unable to detect a compatible DVR in your household.

 

Can anyone assist me?  Is there some sort of entitlement or permissions missing on my account?

I am having the same problem! I just got a self-install kit and everything is working except for the DVR - I get the same error message as above..
