DVR Manager NOT working

DVR Manager NOT working

New DVR box replacement activated as of 5PM eastern standard and I am unable to access DVR manager online or iPad. It says that it Available but not detecting a DVR in the home. Setting up the DVR online is much easier than doing it on the TV so I would like to use my online DVR manager.

It won't let me access the TV from the app at all either so I'm thinking it may still be linked to my old box or something? Please help.

Looks like the problem fixed itself.  Took a little over 12 hours.

UPDATE:  DVR manager is now viewable but it's saying its 100% full when in fact I actually have nothing recording.
