Crimson Petal and the White. Ep 1 & 2. Error 525|3222

Trying to watch Crimson Petal and theWhite for two days.  I keep getting Error 525|3222.  I have used both Mozilla & Windows Internet Explorer browsers.  I have dumped the cache and cookies and ALL stored data.  I have done all updates.  I have removed & reinstalled Silverlight.  I have found and deleted the mspr.hds file. I have tried with my forewall off and on.  Still no joy.  What's the problem?

There are errors with episodes 1 and 2 that are on our end.

you should post this in the xfinity tv thread not here.  comcast joe will answer you there.

 

are these the only shows that don't work?  If so its probably an issue on comcasts end.

Please fix this error for The Crimson Petal & The White

This video cannot be played.

We've experienced a playback error. (Error 525|3222)

 

Occurring for both Episode 1 and Episode 2. I have tried on multiple computers in Safari, Firefox, and Chrome and it is not working on any of them.
