Continuing 5XX ERRORS

I am beyond irratated.  Going on two weeks now of not being able to watch online... ANYTHING.  I am going to try contacting Comcast again, but I am pretty certain that this issue is not on the CS script.

 

I have two computers... a laptop with Windows 7 and a desktop with XP.  I have followed the instructions to remove and reinstall Adobe Flashplayer on both machines.  Neither will run videos from comcast.net.  Not news, not TV shows, and nothing that generates from Xfinity or Comcast.  I can, however, view videos and other streaming shows from all other sites.  On both machines.  So what is the problem at Comcast?
