Constantly getting a "Sorry we're having some trouble" message

Hi,

 

There are already many posts about this - but NOT AN ANSWER! So here I am, asking the same question. What do I do when I get a constant message that says "Sorry, we're having some trouble. XFINITY stream is not available at the moment. Please try back soon. (Error xacsa.cima-pil.activation-code-timeout: FatalDrmerror).

 

I used this service - exactly the same bookmarked button I push all the time - just this morning! No problems. Since then, I have not done ANYTHING or made any changes! So what's up?? Why can't I get on? This is so frustrating, particularly when I see so many others have complained of the same thing.

I can't figure it out why sorry we're having some trouble on chrome but on firefox it seem fine no plm so far , pls help me plm solved
