Constant Errors for last few months

For the last few months, I have been constantly getting errors from every program I have been watching. The first time it started I looked up the error and there were a TON of other customers complaining about it.

I HAD A SCREENSHOT OF THE ERROR BUT BIG SURPRISE!!! COMCAST WON'T LET ME USE IT. THIS FORUM KEEPS REMOVING IT IN ORDER FOR ME TO POST MY MESSAGE. IT'S THE TINIEST OF FILE SIZES TOO. WHAT A JOKE. 

 

The error is "Error 900 | 101000.101002.101005"

This happens with both live and regular streaming.

My primary issue with this problem is that it never happens with any other streaming service I use. Not on Hulu, not on Netflix or watching live events online, like E3 as an example. It's only happening with the Xfinity Website. 

I canceled my streaming services becuase Xfinity was offering this, Comcast seems to be trying to conquer the world with their services but they can't get this streaming website to work right at all. 

Please tell me that someone has found a resolution to this issue by now. I have called and didn't get help and I was supposed to get a returned call and no one called me. Big surprise there...

Please help. 

I am using Windows 8, all my software and plugins are updated. I have been having this issue in both Firefox and Chrome.

 

Another issue that started around the same time is that I'm always having to log into the site, I check off "Keep me logged in" but I'm always having to log in. One time in the middle of a show I had to log in, it stopped playing and told me I had to subscribe to watch. Then I couldn't get the show to start after watching it. 

Also, after a show has been watched I can't rewatch it. It just plays commercials over and over again and then ends.

I use the internet services while I'm working to watch TV shows and News. Sometimes I miss something and want to go back and watch it again where I left off and I can't do that here.

Hey JUST CHANGE YOU BROWSER & CLEAR COOKIE!. That is what they have been telling my for three months.This a bandwidth issue. They have gotten too big to care about the consumer. As Long as they have no real competition it will not get better.
