Comcast service sucks

I have been on the call since 9 AM this morning try to talk to someone regarding an issue I opened since Saturday.

 

This is what I have went through.

 

1. Waited on phone for 20 mins to get an agent in cable division.

2. Talked to the agent for 2 mins, He transferred me to the internet division.

3. Waited for 20 mins, talked to another agent for 2 mins, tried to transfer me back to the cable division.

4. Asked for the supervisor for this department.

5. Talked to the supervisor. He did something and told me He got the right person to fix it for me.

6. Talked to the "right" person. She told me to speak with the internet division again.

 

So, after 2 hours and 50 mins later, after talking to 3 agents and 1 supervisor, still no answer at all.


All the agents are clueless. I don't know how comcast operates like this.

 

People warm me about this before I switch. I decided to take my chance. Now seems like they are right.

 

I should just discontinue my service after being a customer for 5 days.

 

This is the worst customer service experience I had ever.

Unfortunately, this is a perfect example of the service Comcast is consistently known for.  They will never change it.  They have no desire to.  They are truly an awful, awful, company.  I currently have a DVR that hasn't worked in over a month and the sole reason that I haven't addressed it is because I don't want to deal with them.  Shame on me, I know.

I'm sorry you had such a poor experience, does your issue relate to the XfinityTV website or mobile apps? I'd be happy to help. Otherwise I'll get you in contact with the right person.
