Comcast's online playback totally sucks...

Comcast's online playback totally sucks...

One of the reasons I switched to comcast was the online viewing option.

 

The experience is terrible. half the time it doesn't work at all, with errors, like 564 and others.. and I KNOW my addins are up to date.

 

If I am on the comcast network it plays decently, if I am not on the comcast network, most of the shows won't play.

 

This is unacceptable.

Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.

Completely remove Adobe Flash Player form your computer and then go here and install it again.

Try using a different web browser and let me know if it works. This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.
